Kenko Do (The Way of Health)

Kenko Do practice begins with learning a proper breathing technique (Kokyu Ho), followed by some exercises to understand which are the lines that move our bodies, and thanks to Kenko Taiso, we awaken all those body parts that we rarely engage on a daily basis.  The Te Ate Ho massage technique allows us to understand how to use our hands to touch ourselves and others; this is the first step to then learn how to move another person’s body (Sotai Ho) and to lastly fix any bad habits that we may have unknowingly developed overtime.
